Private Dinner Chef
I cook private dinners at estates and homes around Mendoza and I also handle the wine selection, so one contact solves food and drink. I work with lamb and vegetables over the coals, produce from local gardens and wines from local wineries. Before each event we talk about allergies, tastes and number of guests. I arrive with my team, cook in your kitchen and leave everything clean. We do anything from dinners for two to parties of fifty.
